• Grape varieties : 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 10% Mourvèdre

• Soil : Limestone of the Miocene and Basalt screes

• Age of vineyard : 30 years

• Soil preparation : Organic compost, seeding of green manure.

• Harvest : Manual grape picking, leaf-stripping and grape sorting
Low natural yield (30 hl/ha)

• Vinification : Harvest by hand. Vinification plot by plot. Smooth extraction by short remontage. Ageing in concrete tank for 1 year.
Bottling at the property

• Wine tasting :
Exciting aromas bursting with red fruit mingled with garrigue flavours.
Beautiful expression on the palate backed by notes of pepper, graphite and chocolate. A supple fresh finish conferring great elegance. Though a delicate wine it still has the rich taste of Languedoc wines.
