The Domaine des Frétillères is a family wine property of 27 ha of vines divided into 3 appellations: Bergerac, Bordeaux and Saussignac.
Fretilleres wines come from our family owned vineyard « Domaine des Frétillères » which has been in business for three generations and over 60 years!
The incredible terroir that we have around our home, is one of the only places in the world where you can find the “Frétillère” flower.

Selection of older vines

• Vinification and maturing
Manual harvest at maturity at the end of September to the beginning of October. Cold stabilization (5-7 °) for 4 to 5 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at constant temperature, indigenous yeasts.
Bottled in the spring following the harvest.

• Tasting
Colour: intense ruby
Nose: beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit and vanilla..
Palate: The fruit fills the mouth with notes of blackcurrant, candied
fruit, spices and oak

• Service : between 16 and 18°
Garde du vin : 5 to 7 years
